At 5:30 a.m., officers in the drug enforcement unit concluded a several month-long narcotics investigation, which led to the arrest of Tahj Tyler, 22 and Jennifer Wilchak, 32, both Manahawkin residents who lived in the 200 Back Road apartment complex, Stafford police said.
