A drug dealer allegedly responsible for selling drugs throughout Atlantic County has been arrested, authorities said.
Diogenes Galvez, 19, of Atlantic City, was charged with multiple drug offenses on Wednesday, Sept. 27, according to Atlantic City police.
Detectives of the police department's Special Investigations Section in conjunction with the FBI's Safe Streets Task Force made a warranted search of Galvez' home in the 900 block of Lexington Avenue.
Detectives arrested Galvez on an outstanding warrant after he left his hoe, police said.

Newark Thieves Lead NY Police Pursuit In Stolen Florham Park Range Rover: Authorities
Two Newark man are in police custody after leading authorities in New York and Connecticut on a pursuit in a vehicle stolen out of Florham Park, law enforcement officials said.
The incident started on Wednesday, March 22 around 6 p.m., when police in Stamford, CT tried stopping Ibn Foster, 18, and James Riley, 28, a 2019 Range Rover, according to Westchester County Police Spokesman Kieran O'Leary.
The pair fled from authorities on Interstate 95 and crossed the border into Westchester, NY, where Stamford Police ended their chase.

Officer Involved In Shooting Injuring Suspect In Fairfield County, State Police State
A police officer assigned to a federal task force was involved in a shooting overnight in Fairfield County that left one person wounded, authorities said.
The shooting occurred around 10:12 p.m., Tuesday, June 15, when a Bridgeport police officer assigned to the federal Safe Streets task force was involved in a shooting in the area of Main and Catherine streets, said the Connecticut State Police.
The victim was transported to the hospital, treated for non-life-threatening injuries, and released, state police said.

Stratford Felon Nabbed With Guns, Drugs, Police Say
A 30-year-old man was arrested following an investigation into the sale of narcotics, as well as firearms, in the Stratford and Bridgeport areas.
Manuel Rivas, of Stratford, was arrested on June 19, during the execution of search warrants of his home and vehicle, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
The investigation was conducted by the Stratford Narcotics Unit, in coordination with the Bridgeport Police Task Force, Safe Streets Task Force and the Norwalk Police Narcotics Unit, Eannotti said.
