The summons came as the result of a male and female from Saw Mill River Road appearing at Police Headquarters to report a past domestic dispute on Feb. 13 at 9:13 a.m., according to officials.
An investigation revealed that the suspect, identified as Ryan McCullough, threatened to kill the Saw Mill River Road residents earlier that morning, according to police.
As a result of the investigation, police applied for a criminal summons in reference to the incident, officials report.
While at Police Headquarters, McCullough was served with a criminal summons charging him with harassment in the second degree, a violation, on Thursday, March 3, at 6:46 p.m., according to police.
McCullough was processed, released on his own recognizance and scheduled to answer the charge against him in Yorktown Court later the same day, police report.
