Jamel L. Kerson, 39, was pulled over for allegedly failing to maintain his lane of travel. He was taken to the Stormville barracks where his blood alcohol content was determined to be .18 percent, more than twice the legal limit, police said.
Kerson was released to a sober party and is scheduled to appear in East Fishkill Court on Aug. 12.
