At 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 25, Lakewood police and firefighters responded to a structure fire on the Delaware Trail, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. The fire was subsequently extinguished, Billhimer said.
An investigation determined Yaakov Stern intentionally set the fire and he was transported to Ocean County Jail, Billhimer said.
