Work Wraps on S. Norwalk Train Bridge

Light will again shine through the tracks of the South Norwalk train bridge now that Metro-North employees removed plywood from the structure Monday. Workers said they had replaced all the railroad ties on the bridge, a job that took a week. The plywood was in place to catch debris as they worked. They said the work on the bridge is done now, so drivers won't have to maneuver around police cars in the intersection anymore – at least not for a Metro-North related reason.
