RYE, N.Y. - Construction to install stop signs and "bump outs" at the intersection of Purchase Street and Locust Avenue has been moved up in anticipation of Hurricane Irene. Traffic will be blocked and delayed throughout the day.
Access to Locust Avenue will be closed from Purchase Street during the day.
During concrete pouring operations on Purchase Street, traffic will be detoured as previously experienced during night time operations. This is scheduled to occur at approximately 3:00 pm. Please be aware of traffic pattern changes.
