Frigid wind chills of around 15 degrees below zero will accompany temperatures from zero to 5 degrees above zero, according to the National Weather Service.
The frigid cold will be dangerous to those outside. Prolonged exposure may cause frostbite and hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
