Wilton public schools are closed Tuesday, Feb. 1, because of the incoming snowstorm.
Our Lady of Fatima School also has closed Tuesday.
The snow has closed the library for Tuesday, and currently library officials are waiting to see how the weather changes before making a decision on Wednesday.
The Relay for Life Kick Off has been postponed until next Tuesday, Feb. 8. The kick off will still be held at Trackside Teen Center and will begin at 7 p.m.
The Wilton Family Y is currently open, but all Program Classes before noon and Group Fitness classes before 11 a.m. have been cancelled. Afternoon classes and programs will be decided upon by noon today. The 25Y pool will be open for both lap and rec swim from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning until 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Freezing rain and sleet are expected Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning.
