Kristin K. and Richard Sean Duff sold 51 Wolf Pit Road to Gaurav H. and Shikha M. Saini on June 14, for $1.370 million; and
Robert M. Merck sold 161 Cedar Road to Paul Bushell and Joseph Poprosky on June 16, for $1.082 million.
