WILTON, Conn. Wilton resident David Pollack was arrested on several arrest warrants Thursday by the Wilton Police Department.
The 32-year-old had several failure to appear warrants against him on charges of violating of a protective order. The original charges stem from several incidents in 2010 and 2011.
According to the police report, the original charges include: failure to drive in a proper lane, evading responsibility, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to carry registration, three counts of violating a protective order, threatening, five counts of disorderly conduct, possession of narcotics, possession of paraphernalia and strangulation.
Pollack was arrested at a residence on Old Huckleberry Hill Road after a call from the resident, police said. Police at the scene informed the suspect that there were several active arrest warrants pending against him. Officers learned the address of the house was included on the protective order, prohibiting the suspect from being at the house.
Pollack was given an $80,000 bond and appeared in court Friday.
