NORWALK, Conn. The New Haven side of the South Norwalk train station is ablaze with widflowers. Poppies, cornflowers and buttercups are growing up an ugly embankment next to construction equipment. The rotary near the parking lot is also starting to blossom, as is the bed below the trees.
