WESTON, Conn. A rain delay and a field change didn't dampen the enthusiasm of the Weston Super 8s, as they continued their unbeaten ways. They edged Ridgefield once again, this time with a come-from-behind victory, 10-9. Strong play by Daniel Bello and some slick fielding by Andrew Amato supported shutout innings on the mound by Nicholas Sacchetta, Alex Olson and Dante Esposito, who again closed out the game with a strikeout.
The Super 8s take to the road again with games in Wilton and Norwalk this week, then return home Saturday at noon to play Easton at Bisceglie #3.
