WESTON, Conn. -- This past week saw more great baseball at Bisceglie fields as the WLL Sandlot program continued.
The "A" division opened up with a huge turnout of players as they got their first experience using the pitching machine that they will be seeing in Fall Little League.
The "AA" kids had another large turnout and another great game, as it took eight innings to settle a close, well played and fun match.
The "AAA" players also played an extremely close match, with some "AA" stars joining in!
This Saturday, the A and AAA sessions will continue. They will be held most summer Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. at Bisceglie Fields.
AA Sandlot will not be played this week, but will resume next week, playing most Sundays at 11:30 a.m., also at Bisceglie.
