A bundle of white dreadlocks was spotted hanging from the roof of the Weston Public Library on Monday. Upon further inspection, however, it became apparent that it was, in fact, a group of icicles. The water froze on its way to the 3-foot-high pile of snow that blankets the ground.
Roof construction at the library froze after two weeks of steady snowfall. The work was originally scheduled to be completed before Christmas.
