Jaime worked as a paraprofessional at Windsor Learning Center in Pompton Lakes, where she supported children with behavioral challenges and special needs, according to her obituary from Gaita Memorial Home. She also worked at Bogies Hoagies in Hawthorne and volunteered at the Living in Freedom Group Home in Haledon, where she regularly attended events and gatherings, her obituary reads.

Jaime was predeceased by her father, Robert Schweigert, and her stepfather, James Dyche, according to her obituary. She is survived by her husband, Seth Coon; her daughter, Mackenzie Cleary and her fiancé, Ahmed Awad; her mother, Patricia (née Morse) Dyche; her stepmother, Mary (née Iannalfo) Schweigert; her siblings; and several nieces and a nephew, according to the obituary.

A GoFundMe launched by Madison Merlino to support Mackenzie Cleary had raised $4,200 as of Thursday, Feb. 19. The campaign says Jaime was "a true free spirit."

“Jaime’s daughter, Mackenzie, is now left to carry the weight of planning and funding her mom’s celebration of life," the campaign continues. "We are asking for support to help ease this financial burden so Mackenzie can focus on honoring her mother and healing during this incredibly difficult time.”
