Vehicle Overturns On I-84

A crash involving a vehicle that overturned on the highway and into a wooded area off the roadway occurred Thursday evening on a stretch of I-84 in Beacon.

The incident, on the eastbound side, was reported at 8:15 between Route 9D/Route 52 (Exit 11) and NY Route 52 (Exit 12), with traffic backed up to the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge tolls.
