The beat goes on for the undefeated Staples boys lacrosse team. Kyle Greenberg scored four goals and Charlie Ross had three goals and three assists to lead the Wreckers to an 11-2 win Tuesday over Brien McMahon.
Staples led 6-0 at halftime and 9-0 after three periods en route to the victory. "We prepared hard for McMahon,'' coach Paul McNulty said. "We knew we had to play well." The Senators struck early against a young McMahon team that is struggling to score. Both McMahon goals came late in the fourth quarter. "They're like we were last year,'' McNulty said. "They'll be a good team."
