Two Stamford men, Joaquin Donis, 36, of 51 W. Washington Ave., and Romeo Gonzalez, 26, of 64 Houston Terrace, were charged Monday with driving under the influence. Each was released on $500 bond pending a court hearing Dec. 10.

Also from the police blotter:

• Jose Portillo-Lopez, 60, of 311 Heath Ave., Stamford, was charged Monday with three counts of failure to register an address to the sex offender registry.
