Emmanuel Pless, 20, and Chrishuana McFadden, 21, were arrested Friday, Oct. 10, according to the Schenectady Police Department.

Investigators linked the pair to burglaries at Schenectady High School, Central Park Middle School, Paige Elementary School, and Bishop Gibbons School, police said.

The pair were tracked to a local residence through work by Community Engagement Officers and a detective assigned to the school district, according to police.

To ensure officer safety, the department’s Drone Unit was deployed to provide live aerial surveillance during the operation.

Pless and McFadden are each charged with multiple counts of felony burglary, while McFadden is additionally charged with conspiracy, a misdemeanor.

It was not immediately clear whether the campuses were damaged or if anything was stolen during the break-ins.
