Police boarded an Eastchester-bound Beeline Bus Tuesday after receiving a complaint that teenage girls threw a heavy, tape-wrapped ball at an elderly womans head.
The two teens got off Beeline Bus 45 before police got there shortly after 3 p.m. Passengers were unable to give police a good description of the girls and the elderly woman did not want to press charges. She did, however, say the ball hurt her.
The bus was delayed by about 15 minutes because of the incident.
