A tree fell across power lines at around 8:30 a.m. Thursday on Longmeadow Drive. Connecticut Light & Power reported that 400 Wilton residence did not have power at some point between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., according to Wilton Police. It was not known if the two incidents were related.
As of 1:30 p.m. 14 Wilton homes remained without power, but Longmeadow Drive was passable, police reported.
