That's a No Can Do!

Road rage got the best of Tiffany McDowell, 25, of Southfield Avenue early Tuesday morning when she registered her displeasure at a taxi driver who had paused to allow another vehicle to pull out of 310 Elm St. Although the car happened to be a police vehicle, McDowell didn't care. According to police reports, she exchanged angry words with the cabby and threw a can out of her window at the taxi, hitting it. She was arrested for second-degree breach of peace (threatening). She was released on $500 bond and given a July 30 court date.
