The pop-up shop features its signature items, such as French macarons, hand-dipped Gardenia’s Berries and more. Its gourmet cupcake arrangements have become a popular gift item in the northern New Jersey area, and its cart at Bergen Town Center is part of the company’s long-term plan to expand its retail footprint.
“What’s better than shopping and cupcakes?” said co-founder Moaaz Koshul, when asked about the decision to open at the popular shopping center in Paramus. “We want to be the centerpiece for the moments that people share with their family and friends while they are here this summer,” he continued.
The new store will introduce a new line of edible products for the first time. Exclusively available for purchase at the cart, there are single-serve portions of cheesecake and cookies, as well as family portions of chocolate brownies. Looking to add the cherry on your sundae? Gardenia’s Fire also has teddy bears that can be added to any order.
Located opposite the Gap Factory Store, Gardenia’s Fire is open for business during regular mall hours on both weekdays and Saturdays. Gardenia’s Fire products are available for local delivery to Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Passaic counties.
