The screening will include
- blood-pressure screening,
- multi-type cholesterol screening,
- glucose screening,
- carotid artery assessment and
- health education counseling.
The cost is $15. The session will be from 8:30-11 a.m. Appointments are required: call 973-694-1800, ext. 3241. Fasting isn't required, but it's recommended, for more accurate results.
