A bench warrant for Steven Marty, 25, was issued after he failed to show up in Haverstraw Justice Court to answer the charges, police said.
He was arrested in Stony Point on Monday, Nov. 7, and turned over to authorities in Haverstraw, police said.
No further information on the case could be learned Friday.
