Brett M. Maher, of Pierce Drive, Stony Point, is charged aggravated DWI following a Friday arrest, police said. Tests showed a blood alcohol content of more than 0.08 percent, police said.
He was issued tickets to report back to court at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, in Stony Point, police said.
