The Westhill High School softball team will have to wait a few more days to try for its second straight state title. The Class LL state championship game against Conard was postponed Saturday because of a threat of rain forecast in Stratford.
The postponement prompted a change of venue as well. The championship game will now be played on Monday at West Haven High School at 7 p.m.
