There may be down from the Canada geese at West Beach in Stamford, but the National Weather Service says the birds may be pushing spring with snow in the forecast Thursday.
After 8 p.m., Thursdays rain is expected to turn into snow and 1 to 2 inches may accumulate, the weather service says. The snow is forecast to turn back to rain Friday at about 11 a.m.
The snow may return Friday between 8 p.m. and midnight, the weather service says. Chance of precipitation for Friday night is 30 percent.
