Stamford divers Sean and Rachel Burston won events at the Mid Atlantic Diving League Championship and Invitational last month in Durham, N.C.
Rachel won the 12-13-year-old Girls Platform Novice Division. She also took fourth in the Girls C Division 3-meter competition and fifth in the C Division 1-meter event. Rachel's performance helped the Greenwich Marlins win the girls team competition and take second in the combined boys and girls team scoring.
Sean, a freshman at Westhill High School, won the Group B Boys 3-meter competition.
Greenwich's James Hopper won all six events in which he competed for the Marlins and was the top boys point producer in the meet. Caroline Sculti of the Marlins also won six events.
