It's more than a month until the first day of spring and the mercury was in the 20s on Tuesday. But that didn't stop members of SoNo Rowing from getting ready for the opening of their outdoor season. Some of the teenage rowers were out in front of their Water Street building Tuesday afternoon, sanding the blades of their oars in preparation for a fresh coat of paint for the upcoming on-water campaign.
