PEEKSKILL, N.Y. Con Edison is reporting approximately one-third of its customers in Peekskill are without power, and have no estimate of when power will be restored to the area. Con Edison reports approximately 3,175 outages, of the 10,239 customers served.
Peekskill residents are advised to stay in their homes, and avoid travel if possible.
