HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. With many still without power and others experiencing flood damage from Tropical Storm Irene, The Daily Hastings wants to hear your experiences from the storm. How has the village responded to the storm? Were you prepared for the storm? How do you feel about the loss of power for so many people in the area? Town reporter Redmond Zmudzien will be at the Hastings Public Library on Friday and he wants to hear what's on your mind. Thank you to all who have contributed to our conversations on Facebook and Twitter as well. Keep the comments and pictures coming. We'll be there to chat about any issues on your mind and anything that may not be getting proper attention.
Weather forecasts call for a mostly sunny day in the mid-70s so come join us to discuss the news in your village.
When: Friday 1 p.m.-2 p.m.
Where: Hastings Public Library at 7 Maple Ave
