Several incidents occurred at the facility on Lisburn Road in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, according to releases from the Carlisle Crime Unit.
In one case, a prisoner was accused of sexually harassing another inmate between 7 a.m. and 2:50 p.m. on Jan. 14, police said.
Another investigation involves an alleged indecent assault on an inmate reported to have occurred between July 1 and Dec. 31, 2025, authorities said.
Troopers are also investigating a separate indecent assault dating back to late 2018 into early 2019, according to the report.
In a more recent case, multiple inmates are accused of physically and sexually assaulting another prisoner, police said. Details about when that incident occurred were not fully specified beyond the report timeframe.
Additionally, state police said an assault on prison guards was reported on Dec. 8, 2025, involving several inmates. Charges are pending in that case.
Victims in the incidents include inmates ranging in age from 33 to 64, from locations including Camp Hill and Chester, according to police.
All incidents remain under investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police.
