Central Avenue between First Street and Railroad Place is closed in both directions until 5 p.m.
State Street, from Passaic and Clay streets, will be down to one lane until 5 p.m. as well.
Camden Street, from Main and State streets, is closed until 5 p.m.
The eastbound lane of Essex Street between Summit and Prospect avenues will be shut down until 3 p.m.
