Part of Interstate 684 in Westchester County has reopened to traffic after a serious crash that caused significant traffic disruptions.
All northbound lanes of I-684 near Exit 4 in Bedford have reopened as of 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, following a crash that happened at mile marker 15.8, New York State Police said.
The crash caused traffic to be temporarily diverted at Exit 4.
No additional details about the crash, including possible injuries, have yet been released. There are unconfirmed reports that a pedestrian was struck.
