WILTON, Conn. A four-bedroom single-family home was the top priced house this past week in Wilton. Here are the home sales as reported by the Wilton town clerk:
Carol Ann Stanzione sold the house at 64 Crosswicks Ridge to Chi Man and Annie Lam for $1.15 million.
Robert Lilienthal sold the house at 47 Powderhorn Hill Road to Mohammed Ali and Sadiqua Azad for $445,000.
Richard Fricke sold the house at 25 Buckingham Ridge Road to Justin Viesta for $591,500.
Miraneh Manzouri sold the house at 147 Old Kings Highway to Brian David and Mary Alexis Murphy for $982,500.
