RIDGEFIELD, Conn. The sale of the old Webster Bank building on Prospect Street was the priciest property sold this week. Here are some of the other home sales as reported by the Ridgefield town clerks office:
Rocco and Cathy Capozzi sold the house at Harrison Court to Scott and Jaqueline Apgar for $1.075 million.
Wayne and Lori Berkowirz sold the house at 4 Ginos Way to Donna Reed for $1.092 million.
Scott and Meredith Anderson sold the house at 56 Acre Lane for $740,000.
Paul and Kelli Mealey sold the house at 69 New St. to Kevin and Lesley Lambton for $449,000.
Gary Nicoll and Karen Cha sold the house at 103 Fieldcrest Drive to David and Gayle Schreiber for $687,500.
The Ridgefield Library Association Inc. sold the property at 25 Prospect St. to Prospect Street LLC for $2.550 million.
Holly Neumann sold the house at 152 High Ridge Ave. to Nicholas and Kathleen Lang for $1.165 million.
