A second suspect has been identified in the shooting deaths of two men at Stamford's Southwood Square apartment complex Sept. 25. Lamar Taylor, 23, whose hometown is unclear, has turned himself in to Stamford police, according to published reports.
He reportedly was present at the time of the killings. Jason Kendrick, 23, of Pequot Drive, Stamford, is also considered a suspect in the deaths. Kendrick was arrested Wednesday in Norwalk on drug-related charges. Guns also were found during the investigation.
The victims were Donta Wilkes, 31, of Stamford, and Michael Patterson, 20, of Norwalk. The two murders were the first homicides of the year for Stamford.
