School Crossing Guards Needed In Paramus

PARAMUS, N.J. — The Paramus Police Department is now accepting applications for school and substitute school crossing guards. Training and equipment will be provided.

School crossing guards help school children cross the street safely and are required to be dependable and able to work outside during adverse weather.

Candidates for the non-sworn position must be 18 years of age, trustworthy and are required to pass a thorough criminal background check and doctor exam. The position pays $10.50 per hour.
