Summers almost here, and the Saxe Middle School bands want to end the school year on a good note. The schools bands will put on a series of concerts over the next few weeks, to show off all the hard work theyve put in this year.
The seventh and eighth grade choir will start things off tonight with its vocal performances. Their classmates in the band will follow with their own show the following week, on May 25. The school-wide strings group is next, with its concert on Friday, May 27. Finally, its the young ones turn, with the fifth and sixth grade groups. The choir will perform June 2, followed by the band June 8.
All five concerts start at 7 p.m., at Saxe Middle School, 468 South Ave.
