ULSTER, N.Y. -- The Sawkill Road Bridge will be closed from Monday through Nov. 30 as work begins to replace the bridge over Interstate 87 in Ulster, according to Time Warner Cable News.
Detours will be set up through fall for the replacement of the Sawmill Road Bridge in Ulster.
