The event features live music, carnival games, rides and shopping deals from a variety of merchants.
New to this year's event is a historic trolley tour through Mount Kisco.
On Saturday, Sept. 17, the festivities run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, the hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
