Kasper was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Church in Hackensack. She was president of the Bergen County Chapter of the Hearing Loss Association, junior member of the Hackensack Women's Club, member of the Bergen County Special Transportation Board and also was on the advisory board of the Bergen County Disability Services.
She also was a board member of the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation and editor of its quarterly newsletter.
Kasper is survived by her dearest friends, JoAnn Berkenbush and Mary Ann Mueller, as well as many other close friends and relatives.
She was predeceased by her parents, John and Alma Kasper.
The funeral was Monday with interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, in Hackensack. G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Service assisted with the arrangements.
