Robert W. Suh, 39, of Carlisle, was charged following an incident at Idea Coffee in Mechanicsburg, according to Lower Allen Township Police.
Officers were dispatched to the shop at 1430 Market House Lane after a caller reported an indecent exposure involving a man identified as “Robert,” police said. The caller told Cumberland County dispatchers that the suspect intentionally exposed his penis while standing at the counter.
Police made contact with Suh, who admitted to the act inside the coffee shop, according to the release.
He was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness. A summons was issued in the case, police said.
The incident happened on Sunday, March 1, and Suh was arrested on Tuesday, April 7, according to authorities.
