NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Road construction on Centre Avenue outside of Isaac E. Young Middle School and the Hugh A. Doyle Senior Center has both lanes closed off, detouring drivers to the left onto Elm Street.
Drivers must turn right on to Liberty Avenue, then right onto Poplar Place, left onto Bancker Place, then right onto Maple Avenue to enter back onto Centre.
