The deadline to complete and return the UPK application is Friday, Jan. 22, at noon. A registration form can be picked up at the New Rochelle YMCA or at Barnard School. Registration forms must be completed and returned to the Barnard School at 129 Barnard Road. Be sure to bring proof of age and proof of home address and select the New Rochelle YMCA as your UPK choice.
