POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- A large male French mastiff was found Tuesday on Main Street by Poughkeepsie police officers.
This friendly French mastiff was picked up by officers of the Poughkeepsie Police Department.

The dog, believed to be a French mastiff, is a reddish fawn color, with a white chest patch.
