Rasulala Peterson is charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, along with felony third-degree possession of a controlled substance after police raided his Winnikee Avenue home Wednesday. Authorities recovered cash, a 12-gauge sawed-off shotgun, a stolen Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol and 8 grams of cocaine, the Poughkeepsie Journal reports.
He's being held on $100,000 bond in the Dutchess County Jail. The raid comes after a Dutchess County Drug Task Force investigation into illegal drugs in Poughkeepsie, the Poughkeepsie Journal reports.
