Firriolo, who lives in Carmel, was appointed unanimously May 25. His post runs through Dec. 31. Firriolo is currently a partner at Boutin Altieri where he practices litigation, with a concentration in commercial, insurance, firearms and environmental matters.
He volunteers with the Knights of Columbus in Carmel and the Boy Scouts in Patterson.
Firrolo replaces Clement Van Ross, whose contract was not renewed.
